Project Oorani Updates

Project Oorani is Anand Charity’s first project in Andhra Pradesh.  With the help of Dhan Foundation, we are building an oorani (water pond) in the village of Borajguda. This project was originally due to be completed in December 2008. However, several hurdles have caused unfortunate delays to this project. Originally, the digging of the Oorani was supposed to be manual.
